# Attio integration

> Connect Attio and send StoreInspect companies and revealed contacts to your CRM.

The Attio integration sends selected Shopify companies and contacts from StoreInspect to an Attio workspace. It is available on paid StoreInspect plans.

## Before you connect

The StoreInspect app needs these Attio permissions:

* Records: read and write
* Object Configuration: read and write

Object Configuration write access is used only to create and validate StoreInspect-owned company attributes. StoreInspect does not replace or remove your existing Attio attributes.

## Connect Attio

1. Open **Settings > Integrations > Attio** in StoreInspect.
2. Select **Connect workspace**.
3. Choose the Attio workspace and approve access.
4. Return to StoreInspect and confirm that the workspace shows **Connected**.

You can connect more than one workspace. When multiple workspaces are connected, choose the destination workspace in the export dialog before sending.

## Send records

1. Select stores in the Stores table and open **Export**.
2. Choose **Attio** as the destination.
3. Choose the contact roles and maximum contacts per store.
4. Select **Send revealed** or **Reveal & send**.

Each send supports up to 1,000 companies and 2,000 contacts. Companies are processed before people so StoreInspect can create the Attio company relationship.
StoreInspect sends records in the background. You can close the export dialog or navigate elsewhere after the send starts. A dashboard notification shows live progress, and current and previous sends remain available under **Settings > Integrations > Attio > Sync activity**.

Only one send can run per connected Attio workspace at a time.

## Matching and duplicates

StoreInspect matches companies by domain and people by email address. Sending the same selection again updates the existing records instead of intentionally creating duplicates.

For existing companies, StoreInspect updates only its own attributes and fills the company name only when it is empty. For people, StoreInspect fills name, title, phone, LinkedIn, and company only when each corresponding Attio field is empty. Existing CRM-managed values are preserved.

## Company attributes

On the first send, StoreInspect creates these attributes on the Attio company object:

* StoreInspect URL
* StoreInspect category
* StoreInspect country
* StoreInspect headquarters
* StoreInspect product count
* StoreInspect estimated monthly revenue (USD)
* StoreInspect traffic tier
* StoreInspect revenue tier
* StoreInspect lead fit score
* StoreInspect Shopify Plus
* StoreInspect theme
* StoreInspect apps
* StoreInspect pixels
* StoreInspect last synced

When a store has an estimated monthly revenue but no saved revenue tier, StoreInspect derives the tier from the estimate before sending it to Attio. Known duplicate pixel aliases are consolidated in the Attio value.

If an attribute with the same API slug already exists with an incompatible type, the send stops and identifies the conflicting attribute. Rename the conflicting Attio attribute or contact support before retrying.

## Contact privacy and credits

StoreInspect never sends masked contact details. **Send revealed** includes only contacts you have already revealed. **Reveal & send** deduplicates selected contacts by email, reveals as many unique contacts as your available credits allow, and explicitly spends those contact credits.

Companies can still be sent when no contacts are selected. Contacts without usable information or beyond the available credit balance are recorded as skipped. If an attempted reveal fails, the job stops before writing records to Attio.

Sync activity is retained for 90 days. StoreInspect stores safe error categories and attribute names, not rejected email addresses, phone numbers, tokens, or raw Attio response bodies.

## Disconnect or reconnect

Open **Settings > Integrations > Attio** to check, reconnect, or disconnect a workspace. Disconnecting deletes the saved OAuth credential from StoreInspect. Records already sent to Attio remain in Attio.

If Attio revokes or expires access, StoreInspect marks the connection as requiring reconnection and stops sending data until you connect again.
