# HighLevel

> Send selected Shopify companies and revealed contacts to a HighLevel business account.

Connect HighLevel to send selected Shopify companies and contacts from StoreInspect. The integration is free; a separate [paid StoreInspect plan](https://storeinspect.com/pricing) is required. Store-export allowances and contact-credit limits apply.

## Connect HighLevel

1. Open **Settings > Integrations > HighLevel** in StoreInspect.
2. Select **Connect account** and choose exactly one HighLevel business account. Leave all-account and future-account installation disabled.
3. Review and approve the requested access.
4. Return to StoreInspect and check that the account shows **Connected**.

Each HighLevel business account can be connected to one StoreInspect account or workspace at a time. Workspace owners and admins manage connections. If you connect multiple HighLevel business accounts, choose the destination in the export dialog.

## Send selected records

1. Select stores and open **Export**.
2. Choose **HighLevel** and the destination account.
3. Choose the contact roles and number of contacts per store.
4. Select **Send revealed** or **Reveal & send**.

A send supports up to 100 companies and 200 contacts. Only one send runs per HighLevel business account at a time. Follow progress and retry failed records under **Settings > Integrations > HighLevel > Sync activity**.

**Send revealed** sends only contact details already revealed in StoreInspect. **Reveal & send** uses contact credits for the selected contacts. Contacts without a usable email or beyond the available credit balance are skipped. StoreInspect does not send masked details, enroll records into campaigns, or send emails, calls or text messages.

## Company matching

StoreInspect verifies saved company links and source IDs, then matches exact website domains. It does not match companies by similar names. Ambiguous matches and changed domains are reported for review.

New companies include a marked StoreInspect data section with store ID, domain, store link, category, country, technologies and available estimates. Repeat sends update that section. Existing description text is preserved when the StoreInspect section is added. CRM company names, websites and addresses are preserved.

New contacts are attached to the selected company before their email and phone are added. This prevents HighLevel's email-domain automation from creating a second company. Existing contacts keep their current company association. A conflicting association is reported for review.

## Contact fields

StoreInspect creates these contact fields:

* StoreInspect contact ID, title, LinkedIn and last synced
* StoreInspect store ID and domain
* StoreInspect theme, apps, pixels and traffic tier
* StoreInspect import state, used to recover interrupted imports

Existing contacts match by source ID or exact email, including additional email addresses. Repeat sends update StoreInspect fields while preserving CRM-managed contact names, emails, phone numbers, assignments, tags and do-not-disturb settings.

Store data comes from StoreInspect's index. Detections and estimates may be incomplete or outdated.

## Disconnect

Disconnect in **Settings > Integrations > HighLevel**. StoreInspect stops active sends and removes its saved credentials. To revoke the remote grant too, uninstall StoreInspect in that business account's HighLevel App Marketplace. Existing CRM records remain.

## Privacy and help

Credentials are encrypted on StoreInspect's server. Sync activity is retained for 90 days, and saved error messages exclude credentials and raw contact details. See our [privacy policy](https://storeinspect.com/privacy) or contact [support@storeinspect.com](mailto:support@storeinspect.com).
