# HubSpot integration

> Connect HubSpot and send StoreInspect companies and revealed contacts to your CRM.

The HubSpot integration sends selected Shopify companies and revealed contacts from StoreInspect to a HubSpot account. Connecting and sending records require an active paid StoreInspect plan.

## Before you connect

StoreInspect requests access to read and write companies, contacts, and their property definitions. Read access is used to match existing records and avoid duplicates. Write access is used to create records and maintain StoreInspect-owned properties.

The HubSpot user installing StoreInspect must have permission to view and edit companies, contacts, and their properties.

## Connect HubSpot

1. Open **Settings > Integrations > HubSpot** in StoreInspect.
2. Select **Connect account**.
3. Choose a HubSpot account and approve the requested access.
4. Return to StoreInspect and confirm that the account shows **Connected**.

You can connect more than one account. Choose the destination account in the export dialog when multiple accounts are connected.

## Send records

1. Select stores in the Stores table and open **Export**.
2. Choose **HubSpot** as the destination.
3. Choose the contact roles and maximum contacts per store.
4. Select **Send revealed** or **Reveal & send**.

Each send supports up to 100 companies and 200 contacts. StoreInspect processes records in batches of 100 and runs the send in the background. Progress and recent sends remain available under **Settings > Integrations > HubSpot > Sync activity**.

Only one send can run per HubSpot account at a time.

## Matching and duplicates

StoreInspect matches companies by StoreInspect store ID and domain. Contacts are matched by StoreInspect contact ID and email address.

If multiple records match, StoreInspect reports the record as failed instead of guessing. Repeat sends update the matched HubSpot records. Existing HubSpot-managed fields are preserved; repeat sends update only StoreInspect-owned properties.

## Company properties

StoreInspect creates and maintains these HubSpot company properties:

* StoreInspect store ID
* StoreInspect URL
* StoreInspect category
* StoreInspect country
* StoreInspect headquarters
* StoreInspect product count
* StoreInspect estimated monthly revenue
* StoreInspect revenue tier
* StoreInspect traffic tier
* StoreInspect lead fit score
* StoreInspect Shopify Plus
* StoreInspect theme
* StoreInspect apps
* StoreInspect pixels
* StoreInspect last synced

The StoreInspect store ID property is unique and helps repeat sends find the same company reliably.

## Contact properties

StoreInspect creates and maintains these HubSpot contact properties:

* StoreInspect contact ID
* StoreInspect title
* StoreInspect LinkedIn
* StoreInspect last synced

Names, company associations, email addresses, and phone numbers are populated when a contact is first created. Repeat sends preserve those HubSpot-managed values and update only StoreInspect-owned contact properties.

## Contact privacy and credits

StoreInspect never sends masked contact details. **Send revealed** includes only contacts already revealed in StoreInspect. **Reveal & send** deduplicates contacts by email and spends credits only for contacts that currently have an exportable email address.

Contacts without a usable email or beyond the available credit balance are recorded as skipped. Sync activity is retained for 90 days. Stored errors exclude raw HubSpot response bodies, tokens, email addresses, and phone numbers.

## Disconnect or reconnect

Open **Settings > Integrations > HubSpot** to check, reconnect, or disconnect an account. Disconnecting immediately stops active sends, then asks HubSpot to uninstall the app and revoke its token. StoreInspect removes the saved credentials after HubSpot confirms the uninstall. If the result cannot be confirmed, the account remains in **Disconnecting**; reauthorize it from the integration settings and retry the disconnect. Existing HubSpot records remain unchanged.
