# MCP example workflows

> Copy StoreInspect MCP prompts for Shopify store search, domain enrichment, contact search, and contact reveal workflows.

Use these prompts as starting points for StoreInspect MCP. Keep searches focused, preview contacts before revealing channels, and confirm credit-spending actions only when you are ready.

## Check usage first

Start by checking quota and credit state:

```text theme={null}
Use StoreInspect to show my current usage, including request quota, search-row usage, and remaining contact credits.
```

## Find Shopify stores by ICP

Use focused filters such as country, category, traffic tier, apps, missing apps, pixels, themes, Shopify Plus, Meta ads, and contact availability.

```text theme={null}
Use StoreInspect to find 25 US Shopify Plus beauty stores that use Meta Pixel but do not use Klaviyo. Show the domain, category, traffic tier, revenue tier, and matching signals for each store.
```

```text theme={null}
Use StoreInspect to find 20 DTC apparel Shopify stores in the United States or Canada with 50K+ estimated monthly visits, Meta ads signals, and revealable contacts.
```

## Enrich known domains

Use domain enrichment for CRM lists, spreadsheets, or account research.

```text theme={null}
Use StoreInspect to enrich these Shopify domains and return store name, country, category, traffic tier, revenue tier, Shopify Plus status, apps, pixels, and contact summary: example.com, another-example.com.
```

## Search contacts without revealing channels

Search contact previews before spending credits.

```text theme={null}
Use StoreInspect to search for founder, ecommerce, marketing, or growth decision-maker contacts at these stores. Do not reveal email addresses, phone numbers, or LinkedIn URLs yet.
```

Ask for a decision table:

```text theme={null}
Create a shortlist of the best 10 contacts to reveal. Include contact ID, role, seniority, store domain, and why each contact is relevant. Do not reveal contact channels.
```

## Reveal selected contacts

Reveal only the selected contact IDs after reviewing the preview results.

```text theme={null}
Use StoreInspect to reveal these contact IDs and confirm spending contact credits: ct_AbCdEf_GhIjKlMnOpQrStUv, ct_ZyXwVu_TsRqPoNmLkJiHgFe.
```

StoreInspect requires explicit confirmation before `reveal_contacts` can spend credits.

## Build an outbound list

```text theme={null}
Use StoreInspect to find 30 Shopify stores in the home decor category with 50K+ estimated monthly visits, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, and no visible subscription app. Then search for founder or ecommerce contacts. Do not reveal contact channels until I approve the shortlist.
```

## Compare technology gaps

```text theme={null}
Use StoreInspect to find Shopify stores using Meta Pixel and Google Ads but missing TikTok Pixel. Prioritize stores with 50K+ estimated monthly visits and revealable marketing contacts.
```

## Prompting tips

* Ask for a small result limit first.
* Include positive filters such as country, category, app, pixel, traffic tier, or contact availability.
* Ask the client to explain why each result matched.
* Preview contacts before revealing channels.
* Confirm contact-credit spend only for selected contact IDs.
* Use [MCP quotas and credits](/mcp/quotas-and-credits) to understand request, search-row, and reveal behavior.
