## Contact credits

- 1 contact credit reveals the full contact details for 1 person.
- A revealed contact remains unlocked for that account; viewing it again does not use another credit.
- Monthly contact allowances reset at the start of each calendar month, including on annual subscriptions.
- Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
- The Free plan includes 10 contact reveals per month.

## Pro trial

- Company-email accounts may be eligible for a 7-day Pro trial.
- The trial includes 250 contact reveals for the entire trial period.
- The trial includes 1,000 unique store exports for the entire trial period.
- Personal email addresses such as Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook are not eligible for the automatic trial.
- A payment method is required. Final eligibility is determined during checkout.

## API and MCP limits

REST API and hosted MCP access are included on paid plans. They share the same account entitlements, store-export allowance, and contact-credit balance as the web app.

## Store export allowance

- A store counts once per allowance period, even when it is exported repeatedly or through another destination.
- CSV, CRM integrations, REST API, and hosted MCP share one allowance.
- Copying cells already rendered in a dashboard table does not count because it does not fetch, unlock, or bulk-deliver additional records.
- Contact reveal credits are separate and apply only when contact details are revealed.
- Free accounts cannot bulk export stores. Apify pay-per-result runs and local Chrome extension exports use separate limits.

Default API limits:

- 60 requests per minute
- 5,000 requests per day
- 25,000 search rows per month
- 25 results per page by default; up to 100 per page
- Up to 25 domains per enrichment request
- Up to 10 contacts per reveal request

Higher API and MCP limits are available for Business and Enterprise accounts.

## Billing policies

- Upgrade or downgrade from billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancel at any time from billing settings.
- Unused renewal charges requested within 7 days are eligible for refund review. Billing periods with contact reveals, CSV exports, or material product usage are generally not refundable.
- Major credit and debit cards are accepted through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
