Before you connect
StoreInspect requests only the permissions required to identify your Pipedrive account, create and update organizations and people, and manage StoreInspect-owned organization and person fields. Your Pipedrive permission set must allow you to create and update organizations and people and to manage organization and person custom fields. If Pipedrive returns a permission error, ask a Pipedrive administrator to update your permission set before retrying the send.Connect Pipedrive
- Open Settings > Integrations > Pipedrive in StoreInspect.
- Select Connect account.
- Approve the requested Pipedrive access.
- Return to StoreInspect and confirm that the account shows Connected.
Send records
- Select stores in the Stores table and open Export.
- Choose Pipedrive as the destination.
- Choose the contact roles and maximum contacts per store.
- Select Send revealed or Reveal & send.
Matching and duplicates
StoreInspect matches organizations by StoreInspect store ID and domain. On the first send, it can also reuse one unambiguous exact-name organization. People are matched by StoreInspect contact ID and exact email address. If multiple records match, StoreInspect reports the record as failed instead of guessing. Repeat sends update the linked Pipedrive records. Existing CRM-managed fields are not overwritten; StoreInspect updates only its own fields.Organization fields
