Reveal credits control how many contact channels your account can unlock. Credits are shared anywhere your account reveals contacts in StoreInspect.

What credits are for

  • Searching stores does not reveal hidden contact channels.
  • Contact previews do not spend reveal credits.
  • Revealing a contact for the first time spends one shared contact credit.
  • Re-revealing a contact already revealed to your account does not spend another credit.

Trial and paid credit behavior

Trial accounts can have a temporary credit cap. Paid Pro accounts receive the Pro monthly contact-credit total. When a trial account hits the cap, the billing page may offer a way to unlock paid credits early. Check the dashboard usage page, API GET /usage, or MCP get_usage for current quota and remaining credits.

Plan differences

Free plans are for light evaluation. Paid plans unlock larger reveal limits, CSV exports, advanced filters, API and MCP access where included, and higher search limits. The pricing page has current plan limits and commercial details:

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage billing from the StoreInspect dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds are reviewed according to the public refund policy, timing, and account usage. Material usage such as contact reveals, CSV exports, bulk exports, or high-volume database access can affect refund eligibility.
