A reveal unlocks available contact channels for a contact, such as email, phone, LinkedIn, or other supported fields when StoreInspect has usable data. Contact credits are shared anywhere your account reveals contacts in StoreInspect.

Reveal rules

  • Contact search and contact previews do not spend reveal credits.
  • Revealing a contact for the first time spends one shared contact credit.
  • Re-revealing a contact already revealed to your account does not spend another credit.
  • Rows with no available contact channel do not spend credits.
  • Already revealed contacts remain available in your account history and reveal list.

Before bulk reveal

Filter companies first

Start with category, country, revenue, traffic, apps, pixels, and Shopify Plus filters to define the account segment.

Filter contacts second

Add role groups, specific roles, and Contact Info filters to narrow the people.

Review the preview

Confirm that the rows match your campaign before revealing.

Reveal selected contacts

Reveal only contacts you plan to use.

Trial credit note

Trial accounts can have a temporary credit cap. Paid Pro accounts receive the Pro monthly contact-credit total. If trial credits run out, the billing page may offer a way to unlock paid credits early.
