Role groups
Role groups are broad buckets. They keep more rows than exact-title filters.

| Marketing or Growth | Paid media, lifecycle, creative, attribution, analytics, and CRO offers. |
| Ecommerce | Platform, merchandising, conversion, catalog, and store operations offers. |
| Operations | Fulfillment, logistics, finance, inventory, or process-heavy offers. |
Specific roles
Specific Roles are narrower. They improve precision, but volume drops quickly. Add them only when the campaign needs that title.

If you only want founder contacts, export from Contacts after applying founder role filters. Exporting from Stores is company-centered and can include other contacts attached to matching stores.
