Search has no results

The usual cause is a filter stack that is too strict. Try this:

Clear role filters

Remove Role Groups, Specific Roles, Contact Info, and Min Contacts first.

Remove exclusions

Remove Excludes App, Excludes Pixel, and list-exclusion filters.

Widen size filters

Widen Monthly Revenue and Monthly Traffic tiers.

Remove Shopify Plus

Shopify Plus can be rare inside narrow categories or geographies.

Add filters back one by one

Rebuild the search until you find the filter that removes too much volume.

Export is empty

Common causes:
  • You exported from Stores but expected exact contact rows.
  • Role or Contact Info filters are too strict.
  • The stores match, but matching contacts do not have usable revealed channels.
  • CSV export is not available on the current plan.
If you need people-level output, switch to Contacts before exporting.

Contact is missing email or phone

StoreInspect may not expose a channel when it does not have enough confidence that the channel is usable or appropriate to reveal. Start with verified contacts and filter by Contact Info before bulk reveal or export.

App or pixel looks missing

StoreInspect detects public storefront signals. Backend-only tools, private integrations, custom builds, regional loading, and consent behavior can hide signals from public detection.
