Exports use the filters and page type you export from. Stores exports are company-centered. Contacts exports are people-centered.

Stores export versus Contacts export

Export typeChoose it for
Stores exportYou need company rows with domains, category, traffic, revenue, apps, pixels, themes, and account fields.
Contacts exportYou need people rows with roles and revealed contact channels.
If the spreadsheet will go into an outreach tool, start from Contacts. If the spreadsheet will be reviewed as an account list, start from Stores.

Export as-is

Choose Export as-is when the visible table already contains the fields you need or when you do not want to spend reveal credits.

Reveal & Export

Choose Reveal & Export when StoreInspect should unlock available contact channels before creating the CSV. Before using Reveal & Export:
1

Apply Contact Info filters

Keep the export focused on rows likely to have usable contact channels.
2

Apply role filters

Narrow the people to the buying committee for the campaign.
3

Review the estimate

Confirm the reveal count and available credits before spending.
4

Export the final segment

Download the file after the reveal step completes.

Plan availability

CSV export is a paid feature. Free plans can inspect and save limited data, while paid plans unlock larger limits and CSV exports.
