Matching and preservation
Update the right record without taking over your CRM
StoreInspect uses narrow matching rules and writes only to fields it owns on existing records.
Durable source identity
Dedicated StoreInspect IDs let later exports reuse records created by earlier syncs.
Exact fallback matching
Accounts match by normalized website domain and Contacts match by normalized email address.
CRM-owned fields stay yours
Existing names, owners, statuses, emails, phones, and Account associations are preserved.
Retries fail safely
Multiple matches or uncertain creates are reconciled instead of silently choosing or duplicating a record.
OAuth permissions
Scoped to the export you start
StoreInspect requests the access needed to identify your Zoho organization, reconcile records, and send selected Accounts and Contacts. It does not send messages or create sales activities.
Disconnecting removes StoreInspect's locally stored OAuth credentials. Existing Zoho CRM records remain unchanged.
FAQ
Zoho CRM integration questions
What teams usually want to confirm before connecting StoreInspect.
What does StoreInspect create in Zoho CRM?
Selected Shopify companies are sent to the Accounts module. Eligible revealed decision-makers are sent to the Contacts module and associated with their Account when possible. StoreInspect does not create Deals, Leads, Tasks, Activities, campaigns, calls, emails, or SMS messages.
How does StoreInspect prevent duplicate records?
StoreInspect first reuses its durable record link and dedicated source ID. It then matches Accounts by exact website domain and Contacts by exact email address. Multiple matches fail safely instead of selecting an arbitrary record.
Will StoreInspect overwrite fields managed by my CRM team?
No. Existing Accounts and Contacts receive only StoreInspect-owned custom-field updates. StoreInspect preserves CRM-managed names, owners, statuses, contact details, and existing Account associations.
Does the Zoho CRM integration cost extra?
The integration is included with paid StoreInspect plans. New contact reveals use StoreInspect contact credits, while contacts already revealed for your account do not use another credit.
What happens when I disconnect Zoho CRM?
StoreInspect removes its locally stored OAuth credentials and attempts to revoke the Zoho authorization. Accounts, Contacts, and custom fields already created in Zoho CRM remain unchanged.
Which Zoho data centers are supported?
StoreInspect supports production Zoho CRM accounts in the United States, Europe, India, Australia, Japan, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom.
