What is a contact reveal?

When you find a store in our database, contact emails and phone numbers are masked by default. Each reveal unlocks the full contact details for that person, permanently. One credit = one contact revealed.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over. We recommend choosing the plan that best fits your monthly outreach volume.

Where does the contact data come from?

We collect contact info from public sources like company websites and LinkedIn profiles. Data is checked and refreshed on a regular basis.

How many stores are in the database?

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is there a free trial?

Our Free plan gives you 10 reveals per month, forever. This lets you evaluate the data quality before committing to a paid plan. No credit card required.

Can I export contacts to CSV?

Accepted Answer

CSV export is available on Pro plans and above. You can export store lists with all revealed contact details for use in your CRM, outreach tools, or spreadsheets.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
