If you prospect Shopify stores, qualify leads by tech stack, or need store owner emails for outreach, StoreInspect replaces the 2-3 tools you're stitching together. Not built for general B2B sales, WooCommerce/Wix sellers, or consumer research.

What is a contact reveal?

When you find a store in our database, contact emails and phone numbers are masked by default. Each reveal unlocks the full contact details for that person, permanently. One credit = one contact revealed.

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

Monthly credits reset at the start of each calendar month, including on annual subscriptions. Unused credits do not roll over. We recommend choosing the plan that best fits your monthly outreach volume.

Where does the contact data come from?

We collect contact info from public sources like company websites and LinkedIn profiles. 63% are personal emails (founder, CEO, marketing lead), not generic info@ addresses. Data is verified and refreshed weekly.

How many stores are in the database?

We track 1000K+ Shopify stores with 500K+ contacts. Every store includes detected apps, theme, tracking pixels, and traffic tier. New stores are added every week across all major ecommerce categories.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from billing settings. Unused renewal charges requested within 7 days are eligible for refund review; billing periods with contact reveals, CSV exports, or material product usage are generally not refundable.

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Company-email accounts may be eligible for a 7-day Pro trial with 250 contact reveals. Personal email addresses like Gmail, Yahoo, and Outlook are not trial-eligible; you can use the Free plan with 10 reveals per month or upgrade directly to paid Pro. A payment method is required for Pro. Paid Pro unlocks 1,000 reveals per month.

Can I export contacts to CSV?

CSV export is available on Pro plans and above. You can export store lists with all revealed contact details for use in your CRM, outreach tools, or spreadsheets.

Is API and MCP access included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. API access and the hosted MCP server are included on paid plans. Use the REST API for direct integrations, or connect OAuth-compatible MCP clients like ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor, and VS Code. API and MCP usage share the same request, row, and contact-credit limits used in the web app.
