FAQ

Microsoft Excel integration details

What can I do with StoreInspect in Excel?

Search Shopify companies and masked contact previews, enrich selected domains, and reveal selected decision-makers. Results are written to dedicated StoreInspect worksheets and tables.

Does the add-in overwrite my workbook?

No. StoreInspect creates new output worksheets and tables. Loading another page appends only to the table created for that search.

Which Microsoft permissions does it request?

The add-in requests read and write access to the current workbook. It does not request Microsoft Graph, OneDrive, mailbox, contacts, or access to other workbooks.

Do contact reveals use credits?

New contact reveals use StoreInspect contact credits. Contacts already revealed for your account do not use another credit, and Excel shows a confirmation before revealing selected contacts.
